Manpower are recruiting for a Spanish speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience within Volume Recruitment.

The Job
 Working out of our clients Greece Contact Centre, you will be responsible for leading the Recruitment strategy and delivery on behalf of clients needs. 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) : 

  •  Sourcing and reviewing CV’s for each opportunity
  • Coordinating and planning interview times and dates
  • Planning and executing recruitment campaigns on various job boards and social media platforms within timescales and budget
  • Organise and agree the hiring process needs with the client for each vacancy, as well as attending and assisting in the interview process if necessary
  • Developing a close working relationship with the HR Department to ensure that all recruitment campaigns are delivered with all HR’s requirements considered
  • Assuming responsibility for all administrative recruitment tasks, including referencing policies and managing and keeping records pre-screening workshops
  • Facilitating a smooth and effective candidate on boarding process to ensure effective candidate retention
  • Staying up to date with Industry recruitment trends 

The Candidate

In Order to be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following experience (or similar):

  • Proven experience of working within Volume Recruitment
  • Proven volume recruitment experience (either via a 3rd party agency or In House Recruiter)
  • Be fluent in Spanish, as well as English
