  • Lead a team in a centralised multi-country HR Shared Service.
  • Provide multicountry labor legislation advice.
  • Manage Shared Services processes by establishing, communicating and monitoring customer service processes.
  • Evaluate efficiency of internal Shared Services processes and make suggested improvements based on data.
  • Ensure Personnel Records are accurate and current.
  • Responds to employee HR inquiries and supports operational processing Activities applying international labor knowledge.
  • Liaise with other HR teams and business
  • Support either business and HR community education related to Workday HCM application.
  • Maintain knowledge database
  • Ensure HR operations/ administrative best practices to adjust training and processes to meet business and team needs.
  • Maintain continuous focus on process improvement, cost reduction, and overall employee productivity.
  • Adhere to service level agreements and ensure resource accountability.
  • Manage case management and other shared services technology solutions to support efficient HR operations.   
  • Respond to the changing needs by continuously adapting
  • Monitors shared services metrics.
  • Provide solutions based in metrics
  • Implements proactive measures to mitigate risk and issues
  • Provide guidance to team members to resolve escalated/complex issues
  • Other projects as assigned


  • Graduate level degree in related field (eg. HR, Occupational Psychology, Business Administration) preferred
  • Solid generalist HR experience which should ideally include at least 3 years’ experience in an operational HR role within HR shared service environment.
  • Understands core principles of employment law in Portugal or UK, Dubai or Greece.
  • English and Spanish compulsory. Any other languages would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills with the ability to deliver operationally on the details
  • Excellent service delivery skills and results orientated, quick-thinking and pro-active, with drive and energy to act in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to communicate and influence at all levels within an organisation based on honesty, integrity and respect for cultural diversity
  • Inquisitive and creative mind-set, able to contribute with fresh ideas and challenge managers
  • Good data management, analysis and reporting skills – detailed orientated, able to extract and collate data, analyse information and present in a clear and succinct manner.
  • Experience in working with Human Capital Management System (ideally Workday) and Task Management tool (eg: Atlassian)
