As a member of the Customer Relationship Center you will have the opportunity to give support to our clients in order to achieve one of our main objectives “Delivering unique holidays to our customers”.

What you will be doing:
• Assisting calls and emails from our clients
• Handling booking amendments and cancellations
• Providing information about our products
• Responding customer doubts
• Managing complains
• Improving our product maintaining a good relationship with our suppliers

What we are looking for:
• Vocational Training/ Turism Degree or similar
• English Proficiency
• MS Office user level
• Customer Service focus
• Flexibility and teamwork
• Residence in Palma de Mallorca
