JOB PURPOSE    

He/she is responsible for the pollination, communication and application of a common identity of the APIVITA brand, throughout the different distribution channels in Spain (Madrid). The administration and strategic use of all the advertising material in cooperation with International & Marketing departments of APIVITA headquarters as well as for all the contractual agreements of the retailers and other partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Country Manager is responsible & accountable to:

• Effectively implement APIVITA 5-year sustainability plan in Spain
• Manage all operation of APIVITA in Spain.
• Lead and execute business objectives, policies and strategic plans.
• Develop sales & accounts in all existing and future channels in Spain
• Monitor and deliver country’s P&L.
• Acts as a role-model in the communicating the vision, mission, philosophy, values, and DNA of APIVITA to all counterparts – develops networking activities to pollinate and promote the brand philosophy and name to relevant stakeholders.
