Program Coordinator

The Position:
  • Monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses
  • Benefit management related to indicators described in balanced score card
  • Plan the programme and monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
  • Management and analysis of issues
  • Build, manage and motivate the Programme team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience
  • Ensure the delivery of new products or services from the projects to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan
  • Be responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the programme
  • Communicate with all stakeholders
  • Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
  • Manage the risks to the programme’s successful outcome
  • Report progress of the programme
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be expected to possess the following:
  • University degree, in a relevant subject with minimum 10 years of relevant technical consultancy and experience
  • Experience in Programme / Project Management and minimum 2 year of experience with a project management methodology and tool (e.g. Prince2, Clarity.)
  • Prince2 or MSP certified desirable
  • Experience with quality procedures. (e.g. ISO1006:2003, and ISO 9001 adopted by the office)
  • Ability to speak, write and read fluently in English
  • Ability to moderate and participate in multi-lingual meetings
  • Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions.
  • Leadership capability, good communication skills, excellent reporting methods and presentation skills
  • Applying high quality standards to all tasks
